What are the benefits of using urethane over wood?
Using urethane to manufacture millwork has many advantages over using wood. Urethane is virtually maintenance free. The paint is chemically bonded during the molding process which prevents cracking and peeling. An additional primer is applied before shipping all orders. Urethane will not take on moisture, which allows it to withstand the environmental elements. It will not rot and is impervious to insects. Urethane simulates wood, is structurally sound and is the perfect enhancement for any of your building or remodeling projects.

What are your standard lead times?
We make everything to order. On most orders we ship within two weeks, however, if we have parts in stock we will ship them out as soon as possible.

 

 

What are your shipping terms?

Effective May 1, 2008

With the increasing cost of freight, Haas Architectural Millwork will need to implement  a freight policy for shipments outside of its primary shipping area.

For shipments within the identified Primary Zones 1, 2, & 3, Hass will implement order minimums to achieve paid freight. For areas outside the identified Zones, Haas will need to quote the freight. Hass will absorb 10% cost toward the freight in an effort to keep us as competitive as possible. We will do our best to achieve the best freight rates possible and is actively negotiating with carriers to further reduce the minimum net order amount for each area.

PRIMARY ZONES: (Zone 1) will require an order minimum of $750.00 net. (Zone 2) will require an order amount of $1,500.00 net.   (Zone 3) will require an order amount of $2,500.00 net. (See Map).

Haas will provide a freight estimate along with quotes and or orders that are to be shipped outside of the identified Primary Zones. These will be estimates and Haas will absorb any overage that may result in shipping the product and bill only what was quoted to the customer minus 10%. Please submit a city, state, and zip code with all requests for quote.
Haas reserves the right to requote freight on any order that may be changed from the original quote. If the freight is less than quoted Haas will only bill the customer for the exact freight cost minus the 10%. Any outstanding quotes made prior to the date of this letter will be honored.
